We charge a flat rate for shipping within Mainland UK; Standard 48 hour tracked shipping is £4.95 per address, and 24 hour tracked shipping is £10 per address.

We also offer international shipping with a 3 to 5 working day service to the following countries with the following prices:-

International Delivery is based on a per parcel cost regardless of the number of addresses.

Yes, just choose your preferred date from the calendar at the checkout. Depending on when you ask for delivery you will automatically be assigned 48 or 24 hour delivery.
All of our deliveries are tracked and need to be signed for. If a recipient is not home then courier may leave a calling card, the parcel may be left with a neighbour, at the depot or with the local Post Office, or delivery may be attempted the next day.
Yes! Once the packaged is collected by the courier company, we will send you tracking information to the email that you have provided. From that point on you’ll be able to trace where the parcel is.

Our couriers normal business hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm. We do not offer a delivery service outside of these hours.

We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery on any orders that we receive after 1pm on Wednesday 20th December, 2017. Although, please call us if you have an urgent requirement and we will try our best to accommodate!

Call us on 01435 810099 as soon as you’ve noticed. If the parcel has already been sent we will see what we can do, but it may be out of our control.

If there are further charges due to delivery problems or redirections then these are to be incurred by the customer.

Our advice is to check with the place you are sending the gift to. Many places will have it signed for at a reception, and it will be their responsibility to make sure it is passed on.
Any parcels not collected usually get to sent back to us within 14 days. We will happily send it back out, but the delivery costs will have to be paid again. If there are items that require replacing then these will need to be paid for.

We are happy to cancel an order at this stage, rather than resend it out, however we don’t refund delivery costs or the cost of perishable items.

Typically all of our gifts are shipped individually and sent with their own tracker to the address you specify. This allows you to ship to multiple addresses.

If you are ordering multiple gifts to the same address we may decide to ship everything together, this is at our discretion.
