This crunchy salad is simple but absolutely yummy. Fresh and easy to make.
Serves – 6
Time – 20 minutes
1kg Shredded Cabbage
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
3 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon of Vinegar
Large Handful of Fresh Dill
- Mix cabbage and salt, mix with your hands, this will soften the cabbage slightly.
- Then add sugar to this mix, again mix with hands.
- Now add olive oil and vinegar and mix.
- Chop dill and add to cabbage mix.
- Chill then serve.
